Independent study or research under direction of a member of the faculty. May be taken up to three times for a maximum of twelve units.
Prerequisites
From the catalog: “lower-division standing, completion of at least thirty units of undergraduate study at UC San Diego with a minimum UC San Diego GPA of 3.0; completed and approved Special Studies form.”
