PSYC 167Science of Imagination
This seminar explores how psychologists think about and study the imagination—the capacity to mentally transcend time, place, and circumstance to think about what might have been, plan and anticipate the future, create and become absorbed in fictional worlds, and consider alternatives to actual experiences. You will learn how to evaluate psychological evidence, and how to read, interpret, discuss, present, and write about scientific literature.
