From time to time a member of the regular faculty or a resident visitor will give a self-contained course on an introductory topic in their special area of research or help students prepare to succeed in the physics major. Open to major codes PY26, PY28, PY29, PY32, PY33, PY34, and PY35 only. May be repeated up to six times, provided the same topic is not repeated.
