PHB 227Statistical Learning and Multivariate Analysis
This graduate course introduces concepts, methods, and applications of statistical learning and multivariate data analysis, including prediction, classification, regularization, decision trees, principal components analysis, and clustering. Data analysis will be emphasized. Renumbered from FMPH 227. Students may not receive credit for PHB 227 and FMPH 227. Must be taken for a letter grade to be applied to the biostatistics degree requirements.
