Examination of real estate capital markets, both debt and equity. Covered topics include real estate valuation, real options applied to real estate, real estate equity markets, and the place of real estate within a diversified investor’s portfolio. Letter grades only. Students may not receive credit for both MGTF 408 and MGT 486.
