EDS 371Secondary History-Social Science Teaching Practices
Introduces prospective secondary teachers to principles and strategies of teaching history-social science by applying social science theory to classroom practice. Requires instructors to demonstrate the ability to teach state-adopted content standards in history-social science while enabling students to learn and use analytic thinking skills aligned with the California state standards.
