ANSC 135GSIndigenous Peoples of Latin America
Indigenous peoples in the Americas have long been dominated and exploited. They have also resisted and reworked the powerful forces affecting them. This course will trace this centuries-long contestation, focusing on ways anthropological representations have affected those struggles. Students may not receive credit for both ANSC 135 and ANSC 135GS.
