ANSC 134The Politics of Environmental Change
In this course, we will explore how people advocating for environmental change works. We will study the theory of social change, including the discourses of nature and culture that underlie contemporary societies. We will study the ways political decisions are made and how policy makers are influenced. Given the enormity of what is at stake—climate change and increasing environmental precarity—how can we harness politics to transform our world?
