C E 465W C E 465W Water Resources Capstone Course (3) This course is designed to provide seniors in the water resources area with a major design project. In addition, the course has a writing component, which satisfies the University's writing across the curriculum requirement.Projects cover hydrologic and hydraulic design. Hydrologic analysis is performed to size the hydraulic structure systems that convey the design flows. The students utilize Geographic Information Systems data bases, utilize several state of the art computer models, and are required to write several computer programs.
